About the role
The Store Officer will support day‑to‑day warehouse and inventory management activities, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, issuance and documentation of materials across the Central Store and Workshop Store.
Key responsibilities
- Receipt, storage and issuance of materials.
- SAP posting of inventory transactions.
- Bin card maintenance and inventory record management.
- Stock counting and reconciliation.
- Housekeeping and safety management within the store.
- Timely support to user departments through efficient material management.
Required profile
- BSc or HND in Business Administration, Accounting, Purchasing, Supply, Mathematics, Management Technology, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.
- Minimum of one year experience in inventory and store operations.
- Good computer knowledge, especially SAP ERP.
- Strong data analytics and financial reporting skills.
- Attention to detail, physical stamina, integrity and time management.
