IT & Systems Administrator

About the role

Melos Consulting is seeking an experienced IT & Systems Administrator to lead the helpdesk team and manage the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the helpdesk team, handling ticket management and escalation.
• Prepare daily and weekly IT support reports and maintain system health checklists.
• Manage and maintain servers, networks, and enterprise IT infrastructure, including SCADA systems for filling stations.
• Administer Microsoft Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure cloud services, Microsoft 365/O365 licensing, and SharePoint environments.
• Configure and monitor Meraki firewalls, enforce security policies, and respond to security alerts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of systems administration and IT infrastructure experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and security solutions.
• Knowledge of SCADA/operational technology is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, troubleshooting and documentation skills.
