IT Support Specialist

About the role

The IT Support Specialist will be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues at the resort, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network services. This role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and supporting hospitality-specific systems.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, printer, email, and connectivity issues, logging and tracking tickets.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi‑Fi, and internet connectivity, supporting switches, routers, and access points.
• Provide technical support for the Property Management System (PMS), Point of Sale (POS) systems, payment terminals, and other hospitality applications.
• Implement antivirus, endpoint protection, security patches, and support data backup and disaster recovery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Network Administration.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
