About the role
The company seeks an IT professional to install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot its computer systems and related equipment, providing technical support to staff.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, printers and software applications.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
- Monitor and maintain the organization’s networks, internet connectivity and IT infrastructure.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, passwords and system configurations.
- Implement basic cybersecurity measures, data protection procedures and regular backups.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- At least a diploma in a related field.
Required skills
- Computer systems installation and maintenance.
- Network troubleshooting and connectivity management.
- User account and access permission administration.
