IT Project Manager

About the role

The IT Project Manager will lead the planning, execution and delivery of technology projects for Stretch-it Concepts Limited. You will coordinate resources, manage budgets and ensure projects meet scope, schedule and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, roles and responsibilities.
• Determine resource requirements, allocate internal and third‑party resources.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, track costs and ensure delivery within budget.
• Create detailed project plans with milestones, workstreams and activities.
• Deliver projects according to plan, providing regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule or budget and mitigate risks.
• Maintain client and stakeholder communication to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee vendor contracts, assign tasks and monitor deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of IT project management experience.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2 or AgilePM.
• Strong business acumen, analytical ability and budgeting skills.
• Proven stakeholder management, conflict resolution and leadership capabilities.
