IT Operations Manager – Enterprise Infrastructure

About the role

Accessible Group is looking for a hands‑on IT Operations Manager to oversee the stability, performance and security of its enterprise‑wide technology ecosystem. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day IT operations across multiple subsidiaries spanning publishing, media, e‑commerce and more.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers, hosting environments, cloud services and enterprise applications to ensure maximum uptime.
• Supervise daily end‑user support, resolve hardware, software and networking incidents, and provide escalation support for critical issues.
• Oversee LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi‑Fi, VPN and internet connectivity across all locations.
• Administer email and communication systems, monitor infrastructure health and proactively address operational risks.
• Coordinate onboarding of new staff and technical setup for new departments.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing IT operations in a multi‑company or large‑scale environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to deliver rapid technical support.
• Track record of implementing reliable, secure and scalable infrastructure.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation across technology services.
