IT and Network Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a technically strong IT and Network Infrastructure Engineer to join our Abuja team. The role focuses on designing, deploying and maintaining complex network and IT infrastructure while providing excellent client communication and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage structured network infrastructure for enterprise clients.
• Configure routing, switching, security and network segmentation to ensure reliability and high availability.
• Lead end‑to‑end infrastructure roll‑outs, ensuring scalability and redundancy.
• Identify gaps in existing environments and propose practical improvement strategies.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand technical and operational needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Participate in solution presentations and contract discussions.

• Proven experience in network design and IT infrastructure deployment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and project leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and client‑engagement capabilities.
• Ability to assess infrastructure environments and recommend enhancements.
