About the role
Luxsit Integration Limited, a smart home solutions provider based in Lagos, is seeking an Inventory / Store Officer to oversee stock movements, maintain accurate records, and support efficient warehouse operations.
Key responsibilities
- Track stock movement, reconcile physical counts with database records, and resolve discrepancies.
- Inspect incoming goods for quantity and quality against purchase orders.
- Update inventory software and maintain up‑to‑date documentation.
- Organise stock for safe storage, implement security measures, and prevent damage or theft.
- Generate daily and monthly reports on inventory levels, turnover, and aging items.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate numerical tracking.
- Effective communication skills for coordination with suppliers and staff.
Required skills
- Proficiency with inventory management software.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience using ERP systems.
