Inventory Officer

About the role

The Inventory Officer will ensure accurate tracking of stock levels and support smooth operations within the warehouse and procurement teams. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in inventory control in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including counts, movements, and adjustments.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely receipt and storage of inventory.
• Handle inventory issuance and returns, resolving discrepancies.
• Generate reports on inventory status, stock movements, and variances for management review.

Required profile

• Minimum OND certification in a related field.
• At least 1 year of inventory management experience.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
