About the role
The Fleet Executive will coordinate and oversee daily fleet operations for Otsuka Nigeria, ensuring timely deliveries and efficient resource use.
Key responsibilities
- Dispatch vehicles, plan routes and track deliveries.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, fuel usage and documentation.
- Collaborate with logistics, sales and customer service teams to meet distribution targets.
- Analyze fleet performance data and recommend improvements.
- Support implementation of policies that enhance operational reliability.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management.
- Basic sales awareness to align fleet operations with sales targets.
- Good organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Experience in fleet operations or logistics (preferred).
- Relevant diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or related field (advantage).
- Commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Required skills
- Ability to use fleet management or logistics software.
- Proficiency with standard office applications.
