Internal Auditor

About the role

Nosagie Holdings is seeking a full‑time Internal Auditor to join its Benin City office. The role will focus on planning and executing risk‑based audits across the group’s subsidiaries, ensuring robust internal controls and compliance with policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and carry out risk‑based internal audit plans for multiple subsidiaries.
• Perform detailed financial and operational testing, evaluate controls, and assess compliance.
• Document audit workpapers, findings, and recommendations in clear, structured reports.
• Collaborate with finance, operations and management teams to gather information and support remediation of control gaps.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies and annual audit planning.
• Promote a culture of governance, integrity and accountability throughout the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, ACCA or ACA are an advantage.
• Strong experience in financial audits and internal control assessment.
• High ethical standards, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
