Interior Architect

About the role

ProjectsHQ is looking for a full‑time Interior Architect to join its Lagos office. The role involves designing aesthetically appealing and functional interior spaces, producing detailed architectural drawings, and overseeing fit‑out projects from concept to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Design and conceptualise interior spaces that meet client objectives and brand standards.
• Create detailed architectural plans, elevations, and 3‑D visualisations.
• Manage interior fit‑out projects from inception through to handover, ensuring quality and schedule adherence.
• Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, engineers, and contractors.
• Conduct space planning, material selection, and ensure compliance with local building codes and industry standards.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, delivering solutions within agreed parameters.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in architecture and interior fit‑out projects.
• Expertise in space planning, interior design, and interior architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian building codes and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage projects within budget and schedule constraints.
• Portfolio demonstrating past interior design projects is a plus.
