Insurance Sales and Marketing Representative

About the role

Heirs Life Assurance is looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Representative to drive new business, nurture client relationships, and achieve sales targets. You will play a key part in expanding the company’s market presence and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals and social media.
• Develop and maintain long‑term customer relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored insurance solutions.
• Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations for individual and corporate prospects.
• Negotiate terms, finalize contracts and close deals that meet client and company goals.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance objectives.
• Provide after‑sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, retention and referrals.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and performance reports for management review.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline (preferred).
• Track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented mindset and strong problem‑solving abilities.
