Institutional Development and Programme Support Associate

About the role

The Institutional Development and Programme Support Associate reinforces internal operational frameworks and aligns organizational and programmatic objectives under the direction of management. The role is essential for the smooth execution of strategic initiatives and for maintaining high standards of organizational governance.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the review, formatting, organization and revision of policies, procedural guidelines, templates and instructional documents.
• Manage tracking systems for institutional development initiatives, including workplans, specific tasks and critical deadlines.
• Coordinate meeting logistics by preparing agendas, documenting minutes, recording action items and issuing follow-up notifications.
• Act as a liaison between programme, finance, administration and other functional teams.
• Curate and organize institutional archives, capacity-building resources and materials for internal learning.
• Monitor and report on progress against approved workplans and priorities for institutional enhancement.
• Draft internal status updates, presentations and comprehensive reports on institutional development activities.
• Ensure secure handling of organizational data and adherence to document control protocols.
