About the role

The Grants and Partnerships Associate supports the organization's mission by ensuring the effective administration of grant programs. The role upholds record-keeping standards, monitors compliance obligations and facilitates the information needed for accurate reporting, helping teams follow donor stipulations and agreement terms.

Key responsibilities

Manage a grant tracking system covering project timelines, deliverables, reporting due dates and regulatory compliance.
Organize and store grant contracts, vetted proposals, financial budgets, donor communications, final reports and other records.
Notify staff of upcoming reporting deadlines and pending information requests.
Gather narrative progress updates and supporting evidence from program and finance departments.
Assist in drafting, reviewing and refining donor reports and partnership status updates.
Monitor partnership obligations, track meeting action items and oversee follow-up.
Audit project documentation against donor specifications and maintain secure filing systems for sensitive data.
