Injection Molding Technician – Full-time in Ogun

About the role

The Injection Molding Technician will be based in Igbesa, Ogun and will support the production of plastic bottles for Viju Industries' beverage portfolio. This full‑time position involves operating and maintaining large injection molding machines to ensure consistent product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, run and monitor injection molding machines for PE, PET and PP bottle production.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical or hydraulic issues.
• Adjust machine parameters to meet product specifications and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with production supervisors to meet daily output targets.
• Maintain accurate production logs and report any deviations.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) degree.
• 3 to 10 years of experience in injection molding, preferably with plastic bottles.
• Hands‑on experience with large‑scale injection molding equipment.
• Familiarity with PE, PET and PP processing.
