About the role

The Information Technology & Digital Partnerships Supervisor will lead the company’s IT function while driving digital marketing and partnership initiatives that enhance customer experience and business growth. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure robust, secure, and compliant technology operations across the banking and insurance portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and digital platforms to guarantee availability, security, and data integrity.
• Develop and execute IT and digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage budgets for technology and digital projects, monitor emerging tech trends, and recommend improvements.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns, track performance, and support lead generation and customer retention.
• Prepare regular management reports, analyze business and market data, and provide actionable insights.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering innovation and high performance.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in IT operations, cybersecurity, and digital transformation within the financial services sector.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
