Industrial Performance Manager

About the role

The Industrial Performance Manager supports business and plant teams to drive performance improvement across Nigerian manufacturing sites. The role focuses on analysing performance, setting industrial targets, and ensuring the execution of action plans while supporting plant managers with the industrial framework.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement departmental strategies, budgets and performance management plans for four Nigerian plants.
• Define and cascade industrial targets, monitor rolling forecasts and validate plant performance improvement plans.
• Support plants in creating robust action plans, track their execution and report progress on global initiatives.
• Lead the implementation of process tools, performance indicators and new technologies, providing training and support.
• Oversee budget preparation, cost control, financial reporting and investment project management.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing operations experience, including at least 5 years in line‑management roles.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional teams and lead strategic performance improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety, security and regulatory compliance in an industrial environment.
• Experience in budgeting, financial analysis and cost‑saving initiatives.
