In-Shop Sales Promoter - Mobile Installments

About the role

Flexi Microfinance Bank is expanding its Mobile Installment product nationwide and is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Agents to work at designated mobile phone store outlets. You will engage walk-in customers, promote the phone financing solution and guide them through onboarding and application.

Key responsibilities

• Approach and engage walk-in customers at the store to promote the mobile installment financing product
• Explain product features, payment plans, eligibility criteria and financing terms clearly and professionally
• Assist customers with onboarding, application submission and required documentation
• Answer customer questions and address concerns to ensure a smooth experience
• Work with store staff and operations teams so loans are processed and approved efficiently
• Track daily leads, applications, conversions and other assigned sales metrics
• Follow up with pending customers until applications and approvals are complete
• Ensure compliance with sales guidelines, customer verification and KYC requirements
• Represent the Flexi MFB brand professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction

Required profile

• Minimum of OND, NCE or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in sales, field marketing, retail banking or telecom product sales is an added advantage
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with daily customer contact
• Basic understanding of consumer lending and mobile phone markets preferred but not required

• Computer literacy and effective use of smartphones or digital onboarding tools
• Customer service mindset, confidence, quick rapport building and accountability
