Implementation Officer – Retail POS Onboarding

About the role
The Implementation Officer will guide new retail customers in Delta State through the adoption of Moniebook POS, ensuring they become confident, active users within the first 30‑60 days. This role bridges sales and long‑term customer success by delivering high‑touch onboarding experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Create and execute tailored onboarding plans with clear milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
- Assist customers with initial Moniebook POS setup and configuration.
- Deliver engaging live training sessions (one‑on‑one and group) on core features, best practices, and workflows.
- Monitor usage data, transaction volume, and feature adoption to identify at‑risk customers and provide targeted support.
- Build trust‑based relationships with key stakeholders during the onboarding period.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand retailer operational needs and tailor solutions.
- Solution‑oriented and empathetic approach to customer support.
