Implementation Officer

About the role

The Implementation Officer will guide new retail customers in adopting the Moniebook POS system, ensuring a smooth transition from sign‑up to daily operation. Working closely with sales and account teams, you will help retailers become confident users within the first 30‑60 days.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute tailored onboarding plans that move customers from registration to full POS usage.
• Assist retailers with initial Moniebook POS setup and configuration to match their workflow.
• Deliver engaging live training sessions—both one‑on‑one and group—to teach core features and best practices.
• Monitor usage data, transaction volume, and feature adoption, intervening early with at‑risk customers.
• Build trust‑based relationships with key store stakeholders, providing responsive and solution‑focused support.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, user errors, and coordinate escalations when needed.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
• Customer‑focused mindset, empathetic and proactive in addressing concerns.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects and meet defined milestones.
