Senior PHP Backend Developer (AI-Assisted Development)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior PHP Backend Developer to own and evolve our lead‑capture ecosystem. You will build and maintain multi‑step form funnels, integrate third‑party APIs, and deliver analytics that drive conversion and revenue. The environment is AI‑native, leveraging tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot to boost productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain multi‑step lead‑capture flows and related web experiences.
• Implement backend functionality using PHP and MySQL, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Integrate, troubleshoot, and debug third‑party REST APIs.
• Create logging, reporting, and analytics solutions to monitor conversion performance.
• Iterate on existing implementations to improve conversion rates and code quality.
• Collaborate asynchronously with the engineering team, providing clear progress updates.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional PHP development experience in a team setting.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
