HVAC Technician – Installation, Maintenance & Repair

About the role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team in Ikoyi, Lagos. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning systems for commercial and residential clients. You will work on a full‑time basis, ensuring reliable operation and energy efficiency of all HVAC equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Diagnose faults and perform troubleshooting on air‑conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration units.
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance to optimise system performance.
• Monitor system operation and recommend energy‑saving improvements.
• Replace defective components and execute system upgrades as required.
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns.
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers on project execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety standards.
• Relevant technical certification or trade qualification is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
