About the role
The Human Resources Manager will lead recruitment, employee relations and performance management for Capinta Consult Limited in Port Harcourt.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, selection and onboarding of employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and monitor attendance, punctuality and leave.
- Support implementation of company policies, handle complaints and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Organise staff training, development and performance evaluations.
- Document disciplinary matters and assist with workforce planning.
Required profile
- B.Sc. or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related field.
- Previous HR experience with knowledge of recruitment and employee management practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information and strong organisational skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
