HR & Business Operations Manager

About the role

Waveman Integrated Solutions Limited is looking for an organised, proactive and results‑oriented professional to lead HR functions and daily business operations. The role combines recruitment, performance management and operational oversight across technical, marketing and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, interview and onboard new employees.
• Maintain employee records, attendance and performance reports.
• Develop job descriptions, workplace policies and operating procedures.
• Set departmental targets, monitor progress and supervise daily activities of technical, marketing and sales teams.
• Coordinate staff training, monitor task completion and address performance issues.
• Track customer complaints, ensure timely resolution and prepare weekly/monthly management reports.
• Assist management with business planning, process improvement and promote professionalism, teamwork and accountability.

Required profile

• Experience in HR, administration, operations or team supervision.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Good judgement, integrity, attention to detail and ability to work on‑site in Port Harcourt.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with spreadsheets, reporting and performance tracking.
