Human Resources Development Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, result‑oriented individual to join our recruitment team as an Operations and International Recruitment Associate (OIRA). The OIRA will focus on attracting developers, IT engineers, AI researchers and other technology professionals for our global technology division.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with department managers to define position requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
• Source and engage outstanding candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Microsoft Teams, Telegram and other channels.
• Screen candidates via phone calls and virtual interviews, assess fit, and help build a diverse, high‑performing team.

Required profile

• Degree (MSc, MA, MBA or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least one year of recruiting experience, including interview techniques, sourcing and use of ATS.
• Strong communication, organisational and relationship‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to develop effective recruitment strategies and make independent decisions.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Telegram for communication.
