Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will act as the strategic bridge between HR initiatives and Noble Eagle’s operational goals. You will align talent strategies with the company’s vision, foster a high‑performance culture, and ensure the workforce is equipped to meet commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to design organizational structures, manage talent pipelines, and address employee relations issues.
• Translate business objectives into HR actions such as workforce planning, succession management, and restructuring support.
• Analyze turnover, absenteeism and performance data to provide insights that guide leadership decisions.
• Oversee the Group‑wide Performance Management System, ensuring alignment with KPIs and continuous feedback.
• Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labor regulations and internal HR policies across all operations.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Business Partnering role within a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) mandatory.
