Human Resource Officer

About the role

Nosagie Holdings is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Officer to join its Benin City office. This full‑time, on‑site position supports people management across a diversified group of subsidiaries operating in sectors such as hospitality, finance, oil & gas, real estate, construction, and FMCG.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, manage onboarding processes, and maintain accurate employee records.
• Prepare and file HR documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
• Assist with performance management cycles, training logistics, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Collect payroll‑related data, administer leave requests, and address routine employee queries.
• Collaborate closely with managers and team members across multiple subsidiaries to foster an inclusive and productive work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM) is an advantage.
• Experience in an HR role within a multi‑business or multi‑location setting.
• Strong confidentiality, attention to detail, and ability to uphold non‑discriminatory, inclusive HR practices.
