Human Resource Manager

About the role

The Human Resource Manager will lead the HR function, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and documentation for a banking, finance and insurance organization. This role ensures HR policies are applied consistently and supports workforce planning and development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and staff documentation.
• Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and compliance with labour laws.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and performance monitoring.
• Track attendance, leave and performance metrics.
• Coordinate training initiatives and staff development programs.
• Maintain confidential employee records and support organizational development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 3‑5 years proven experience in HR management or administration.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Good understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using HR software.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools.
