HR/Admin Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR/Admin Manager to lead the human resources and administrative functions of our luxury hotel in Lagos. The role combines strategic HR management with day‑to‑day administrative oversight to ensure smooth operations and a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage job postings, interviews, onboarding and orientation.
• Oversee employee relations, address concerns, grievances and promote staff morale.
• Identify training needs, coordinate development programs and organize new‑hire orientation.
• Manage performance appraisal processes, monitor KPIs and advise on disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate payroll processing with finance, maintain employee records, leave schedules and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws, health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
• Supervise daily administrative operations, maintain staff records, duty rosters and attendance.
• Coordinate procurement of office supplies, uniforms, equipment and liaise with vendors.
• Monitor staff punctuality, attendance and enforce hotel policies.
• Support the General Manager with administrative reporting and operational issues.

Required profile

• Minimum of 48 months (4 years) of HR experience.
• Mid‑level professional with proven ability to manage both HR and administrative functions.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
