About the role
Lbev Nigeria Limited is hiring an HR Supervisor in Lagos (Marina) to supervise daily human resources activities and staff attendance. The role covers recruitment, performance monitoring, employee relations and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily HR activities and staff attendance.
- Coordinate recruitment, interviews and onboarding.
- Monitor staff performance, discipline and productivity.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain employee records.
- Handle staff complaints, warnings and other HR matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Work with team leaders to improve staff retention and performance.
Required profile
- HND in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR or staff supervision.
- Good communication, leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle recruitment and employee relations effectively.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- HR documentation.
