HR Personnel

About the role

We are looking for an HR Personnel to lead talent sourcing and headhunting activities for our clients across Nigeria. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Actively source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Identify and engage passive candidates for a variety of positions, including international roles.
• Maintain and update a robust talent pipeline and track candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill positions and maintain accurate sourcing records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sourcing or recruitment, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong headhunting and candidate outreach capabilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with a sense of urgency and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from NGN 150,000 to NGN 250,000 per month.
