HR Manager – Lifecycle & Technical Recruiting

About the role

LumiMeds is building its people function from the ground up and needs a senior HR professional to own the full employee lifecycle and all recruiting, including technical hiring. This is a fully remote contract position for candidates in LATAM, South America, or Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run onboarding, off‑boarding, performance management, compliance, and employee relations processes.
• Create and maintain HR documentation, policies, and compliance frameworks, including a company handbook.
• Coordinate global payroll and contractor agreements across multiple countries.
• Partner with founders on org design, compensation strategy, and workforce planning.
• Own full‑cycle recruiting for all roles, sourcing and screening technical candidates (Full‑Stack, AI/ML, DevOps) without agency support.
• Manage the hiring pipeline in Greenhouse and develop interview scorecards.

Required profile

• Experience building HR infrastructure at a startup, comfortable with ambiguity and fast pace.
• Ability to converse confidently with engineers and understand technical roles.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse configuration and usage.
• Experience hiring across time zones and handling global remote compliance.
• Regular use of AI tools to improve work processes.
