About the role
The HR Manager will lead and manage HR functions across Regenesys Business School’s global units, including South Africa, India, and Nigeria, as well as associated investments and foundations.
Key responsibilities
- Strategic planning of resources, talent attraction, retention and succession.
- Implement a global performance management system linked to rewards and development.
- Drive staff engagement, embed organisational values and culture through innovative OD mechanisms.
- Lead equity and diversity initiatives, including B‑BBEE planning.
- Oversee recruitment, industrial relations, employee welfare and HR risk management.
- Review and align HR policies, systems and procedures globally.
- Maintain accurate staff administration records and HR analytics dashboards.
- Facilitate senior‑level sessions for MBA and undergraduate classes.
Required profile
- MBA or HR Master’s qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience.
- Strong knowledge of labour legislation and international staffing.
- Demonstrated leadership, integrity, and ability to operate at strategic and operational levels.
