HR Manager – Full‑time, On‑site in Abuja

About the role

The Bridge is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join its Abuja office on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will lead the development and execution of HR policies, talent acquisition, and performance management to support the company’s growth and culture objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment, talent acquisition and workforce planning.
• Lead performance review cycles and manage appraisal systems.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution and promote a positive organizational culture.
• Develop and deliver learning & development programs, including training design and execution.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR policy development, compliance and employment law.
• Strong background in talent management, workforce planning and recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability in performance management, appraisal systems and organizational development.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• HR certifications (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR, CIPD) are an advantage.
