HR Business Partner – People Operations

About the role

The People Business Partner supports the implementation of DP World Logistics' HR strategy within the logistics and transport environment. Working closely with supervisors and the HR Business Partner, the role drives HR administration, learning, talent acquisition and performance management to align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records, manage leave, payroll, disciplinary actions and ensure compliance with HR processes.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives, identify training needs, organise events and manage the learning budget.
• Support the HR Business Partner in delivering HR strategy, coaching managers, and driving employee engagement and retention.
• Lead performance management cycles, including goal setting, mid‑year and year‑end reviews, and provide calibration support.
• Produce regular HR reports on turnover, talent resourcing and vendor performance, ensuring data reliability.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in factory, transport or logistics settings.
• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Ability to collate and analyse HR data for reporting purposes.
