HR Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our factory operations in Abeokuta. You will act as a strategic partner to management, translating business goals into effective people solutions and fostering a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with factory management to align HR strategies with operational objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition, workforce planning and succession pipelines for critical factory roles.
• Manage employee and industrial relations, handling grievances, investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate performance management cycles, KPI setting, and performance improvement plans.
• Identify competency gaps, deliver learning & development programs, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Oversee HR operations including onboarding, promotions, transfers, exits and maintain confidential employee records.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 48 months of relevant HR experience.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence business decisions.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
