HR Assistant Manager

About the role

We are seeking an HR Assistant Manager to support our Human Resources department in a fast‑paced educational environment. The role involves handling personnel‑related administrative tasks, maintaining records, and assisting with payroll and onboarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee records in both soft and hard copy formats.
• Update HR databases with new hires, separations, vacation, and sick leave information.
• Assist payroll preparation by providing data on absences, bonuses, and leaves.
• Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
• Process employee requests and supply relevant information.
• Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars.
• Collaborate with recruiters to post job ads and process incoming resumes.
• Manage the department’s telephone center and address queries.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications.
• Provide orientation for new employees, sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR administrative assistant or HR administrator.
• Hands‑on experience with HR software such as HRIS or HRMS.
• PC literacy and strong proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of labor legislation.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Teamwork orientation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
