About the role
The HR & Admin Officer will manage all human‑resource and administrative functions for SolidPro Security. This role ensures smooth recruitment, staff welfare, and compliance with statutory requirements while supporting operational needs.
Key responsibilities
- Recruitment, screening, onboarding and maintaining employee records.
- Attendance, leave, staff welfare and performance‑disciplinary support.
- Client management, contractual agreement preparation and office administration.
- Financial and record management, including government statutory payments.
- Staff deployment, operational HR support and liaison with employees and management.
Required profile
- HND in HR, Business Administration, Management, Industrial Relations or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR/Admin experience, preferably in security or facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of HR administration and excellent communication skills.
- Live within the Ibeju‑Lekki/Ajah axis.
