HR & Admin Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead all human resources and administrative functions for our manufacturing and warehousing operations in Kano. You will partner with senior leadership to drive people strategies, ensure smooth office operations, and support staff development.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and staff welfare initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and workplace standards.
• Supervise administrative teams, manage office facilities, logistics, and operational support systems.
• Coordinate performance management, staff development, and compliance with labor regulations.
• Prepare regular HR and administrative reports for management review.
• Assist executive management in strategic planning and organizational development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing HR and administrative functions.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
