House Keeper

About the role

The House Keeper will ensure that guest rooms and common areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming, contributing directly to a positive guest experience. This full‑time, onsite position requires attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining high hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare rooms for guest arrival and turnover, ensuring all elements are spotless and well‑arranged.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, corridors, and facilities in accordance with hotel standards.
• Handle guest requests courteously and promptly, respecting privacy and security protocols.
• Follow safety procedures, including proper handling of chemicals, key control, and reporting hazards.
• Adapt to changes in procedures, learn new skills, and solve routine problems independently.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years proven housekeeping experience in hospitality or similar environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to treat guests and colleagues with respect.
• Dedicated, reliable, and able to work consistently with punctuality and good attendance.
• Team‑oriented mindset, willing to collaborate and support fellow staff members.
