Hotel Manager – Abuja

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to lead the daily operations of our hotel in Abuja. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, drive operational efficiency, and contribute to the profitability of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations across all hotel departments to maintain high service standards.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate department heads and staff to achieve operational targets.
• Address guest complaints promptly and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and identify revenue‑growth opportunities while maintaining efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations and promote continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Hotel Manager, preferably in a reputable hotel.
• Strong leadership, financial management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
