About the role

The Hotel General Manager leads a five‑star property, shaping strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering outstanding guest experiences. This senior position requires a proven luxury‑hotel leader who can drive profitability while upholding the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership aligned with brand standards and ownership goals.
• Develop and execute business strategies to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability.
• Oversee all hotel operations—including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Security, and Sales—ensuring five‑star service delivery.
• Monitor guest feedback, online reviews, and satisfaction metrics, resolving high‑level concerns with discretion.
• Manage annual budgets, P&L statements, and capital expenditure plans; drive revenue through pricing, yield management, and upselling.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and staff, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to boost occupancy, brand visibility, and corporate relationships.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, health & safety regulations, and brand policies; oversee risk management and asset maintenance.

Required profile

• Seasoned hospitality professional with a proven track record in luxury hotel management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus; accounting background is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams and drive financial performance.
