The Front Office Manager will lead all front‑desk operations at a luxury 5‑star hotel, ensuring every guest receives a seamless and memorable experience. This expatriate position requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of hotel revenue management, and strict adherence to the Bolton White Group service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily front office activities, including check‑in, check‑out, and concierge services.
• Manage room inventory and coordinate with reservations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Implement and monitor revenue‑optimization strategies while maintaining service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing front office team.
• Handle guest complaints and special requests to guarantee satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a 5‑star hotel environment.
• At least 5 years in a Front Office Manager role within a 5‑star property.
• Proven track record of driving guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
