About the role
The Hospitality Supervisor will oversee daily shift operations at our Abuja location, ensuring smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction. This role bridges frontline staff and management, fostering a high-energy environment during busy periods.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day shift operations and staff scheduling.
- Lead frontline team members and act as a liaison with upper management.
- Maintain high service standards and monitor performance.
- Train new and existing team members on procedures and standards.
- Handle guest complaints promptly to improve the customer experience.
- Motivate the team to sustain energy and productivity during peak hours.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of a Diploma.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role within hospitality or customer service.
