Hospitality Facility Manager

About the role

The Hospitality Facility Manager oversees daily operations, maintenance, and service delivery across all facility functions in a guest‑focused environment. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures safety, efficiency, and high standards that support an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Facility Management team, ensuring accountability and adherence to operational standards.
• Manage day‑to‑day maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, housekeeping and building upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations specific to hospitality facilities.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and extend asset life.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping and Security to guarantee seamless guest service.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, facility issues and guest‑impacting incidents.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, sustainability and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in hospitality facility management (hotel, resort, serviced apartments, etc.).
• Proven leadership of technical and service teams.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle operational challenges.
• Professional certifications in Facility Management (e.g., IFMA, CFM, FMP) are a plus.
