Home Tutor for JSS 1 Student in Lekki Phase 2, Lagos

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated home tutor to provide one‑on‑one lessons for a male JSS 1 student in Lekki Phase 2, Lagos. The tutor will focus on General Mathematics and English Language, helping the student become more serious about his academic progress.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 2 hours of personalized instruction each day, Monday to Friday, at 4:00 PM.
• Prepare lesson plans aligned with the Nigerian Curriculum for Mathematics and English.
• Monitor the student’s performance and adjust teaching methods to improve engagement.
• Communicate regularly with the client about progress and any concerns.

Required profile

• Male student, JSS 1 level, requiring general academic support.
• Ability to work at the client’s home in Lekki Phase 2.
• Commitment to a month‑long engagement with a consistent schedule.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of the Nigerian secondary school Mathematics curriculum.
• Proficiency in teaching English language fundamentals.
