Home Tutor for Primary Students in Gbagada, Lagos

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated home tutor to provide personalized lessons for two primary school children in Gbagada, Lagos. The tutor will work on-site at the client’s residence, covering basic mathematics, English language, and phonics in line with the Nigerian curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver daily tutoring sessions (2 hours) on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 4:00 PM.
• Teach basic mathematics, English language, and phonics to a Primary 6 boy and a Primary 3 girl.
• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials that align with the Nigerian curriculum.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment at the client’s home.

Required profile

• Experience teaching primary‑level students, preferably with knowledge of the Nigerian curriculum.
• Ability to work on-site in Gbagada, Lagos.
• Flexible availability for the specified days and times.
• Comfortable teaching both male and female students.
