Healthcare Sales Representative

About the role

As a Sales Representative for Ralphones Pharmaceutical, you will be the primary link between our healthcare products and medical professionals across Nigeria. You will build strong relationships with key decision‑makers, promote our portfolio, and drive product adoption in hospitals, pharmacies and distributor networks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors and key opinion leaders.
• Visit hospitals, clinics and pharmacies to detail products, generate prescriptions and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct round‑table discussions and clinical meetings to educate professionals on product quality and benefits.
• Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to marketing and product development teams.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, KOL interactions and forecasts using the company CRM tool.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management and ensure timely follow‑up on inquiries and orders.

Required profile

• B.Sc. degree (any discipline).
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales or pharmaceutical role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and cover multiple locations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
