About the role
We are looking for a compassionate Health Care Assistant to support vulnerable, sick or elderly patients in our facility. The role involves providing direct patient care, assisting the medical team and ensuring a safe, respectful environment.
Key responsibilities
- Treat patients with empathy, respect and patience.
- Communicate effectively with medical teams and reassure anxious patients.
- Stand, walk, lift and maneuver patients safely, maintaining physical stamina.
- Assist with basic patient care tasks as directed by senior staff.
Required profile
- Minimum OND in Public Health, Community Health, or a related medical field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar health care assistant role.
